eduroam

eduroam is the secure, world-wide network access service which provides Woking College students with access to the College wireless network; it allows students, staff and visitors to access free WiFi across campus and when visiting other participating institutions.

Once your device is connected, you can access free WiFi at any of the participating institutions - your device should connect automatically to the eduroam network without the need for authentication.

 

How do I connect to eduroam?

1. ensure your WiFi is switched on
2. connect to the wireless network named eduroam
3. enter your username: this is your college email address (eg AA12345@woking.ac.uk)
4. enter your college password
5. accept the certificate from wokingcollege.internal

eduroam UK Policy

The use of eduroam is limited to current students/staff of current member institutions - it is required that users remove the eduroam WiFi profile from their devices when their affiliation with Woking College or other eduroam institutions ends.

eduroam is available across the whole Woking College campus.
